Head Chef
Chris Farrell is the Executive Head Chef of the newly opened Stathams Bar & Grill at the Pembroke Hotel in Kilkenny. Chris has an illustrious background in the hospitality industry, having worked as Head Chef & Executive Chef in some of Irelands leading 4 & 5 star properties including the Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Mount Juliet Kilkenny, Inchdoney Island Hotel, The Heritage in Killenard and the Killarney Park Hotel.
